Turnaround time & SHipping Policy

At The Jesus & MJ Company, we strive to process and ship your orders quickly and reliably. This policy explains our order processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.


1. Order Processing (Turnaround Time)

  • Orders are typically processed within [5-7 business days] after payment is received.
     
  • Custom, handmade, or special-order items may require additional processing time of [10-14 business days]. Any extended timelines will be clearly noted on the product page.
     
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
     

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout:

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

     

4. International Shipping

  • We currently only ship to the United States.


 

5. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable).
     
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
     

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Marijuana-related products will only be shipped where legal. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with their local laws.
     
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain items (e.g., restricted goods).
     
  • Orders that violate shipping restrictions may be canceled and refunded.
     

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • The Jesus & MJ Company is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
     
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible.
